I love hosting workshops and retreats and I’d love for you to join me. I think spending time being creative is excellent for mental health, plus it’s fun! You might be trying something new or you might be brushing up on an old skill … either way, it will feel good to use your hands, to think creatively, and to accomplish something.
I’m all about the journey. Some workshops are focused on learning a specific skill while others are more about spending time in a creative setting or with a creative mindset. I love providing time to experiment and the opportunity to meet other creative people. I want to share this fun time with you!
